401 East 84th Street, Unit 15A, Manhattan, NY

There is a lot to love about this high floor corner two-bedroom, two-bath residence at The Dunhill Condominium. The light and views are what you notice first. Triple exposures south, east, and north keep the apartment bright throughout the day, with open skyline views from nearly every room. A south facing private terrace extends the living space.

Set on the 15th floor, the home has an easy, comfortable layout with generous living and dining areas and oversized windows throughout. The corner position gives the home three exposures and a sense of openness that is increasingly hard to find on the Upper East Side.

The south facing private terrace spans approximately 110 square feet and has plenty of room to actually use it. Morning coffee, dinner outside, a container garden, or simply some fresh air above the city, this is an outdoor space that feels like a true extension of the home.

Inside, the apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, abundant closet space, thoughtful additional built-ins, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and en suite bath, while the expanded second bedroom provides more functional space than the original floor plan. A private storage unit will also transfer with the sale.

401 East 84th Street is a full service condominium with a 24 hour doorman, resident manager, windowed fitness center, children's playroom, resident lounge and event space, and a landscaped roof deck. The building offers flexibility for a range of buyers, including pied à terres, co purchasing, parents buying for children, corporate purchases, and subletting, subject to building requirements. Pets are welcome.

Set on a tree lined Upper East Side block, 401 East 84th Street puts you in an especially livable pocket of the neighborhood. Carl Schurz Park and the East River Esplanade are nearby, along with neighborhood restaurants, markets, and everyday conveniences. The Q train is just two blocks away, with easy access to crosstown transportation as well.

A high floor corner condo with three exposures, two full bathrooms, private outdoor space, an in unit washer and dryer, and additional storage is a combination that does not come around often.
