Mini Workbook I

Literally tell everyone in your life who demands your time that you have “homework”. For me, if it’s not on my calendar, it doesn’t get done. This workbook, only takes about 25-30 minutes to complete (depending on depth). Take time out for you before the Universe does it for you. I know this all too well. I pulled the emergency-break of life and kickstarted my journey. Pain, tears, loss - it’s never easy, you don’t have to go through seasons alone.
